Caroline H. Monsewicz
Caroline H. Monsewicz knows what it takes to win for her clients. Born and raised in North Carolina, Caroline graduated from Marshall University with dual degrees in History and Political Science, as well as a Music minor degree in Vocal Performance. Caroline was honored to study at the University of Oxford in 2013, where she studied political economics and relations in the Middle East with colleagues from across the United States, Europe, and Australia. In addition to her time in the classroom, Caroline also played for the Marshall University Thundering Herd women’s soccer team for four seasons as a goalkeeper.
Determined to use her teamwork ethic and performance skills, she moved to Atlanta to seek new challenges and pursue her legal education at Emory University’s School of Law.
Her hard work in law school paid off as she was honored as a Graduating Woman of Excellence and recipient of the Dean’s Award for service to the Emory Law community upon graduation.
Now as an attorney, Caroline uses each of the skills she’s learned to zealously advocate for people who have been injured and pursue justice they deserve. She knows how insurance companies evaluate cases because she used to represent them. Before joining Tobin Injury Law, Caroline practiced with a well-respected insurance defense firm in Atlanta, where she defended various personal injury cases, including automobile crashes, trucking crashes, and insurance coverage cases. Caroline uses her insider’s knowledge of the insurance law industry to now advocate for deserving families.
Like Darren, Caroline also has extensive courtroom experience in the area of family law. Caroline’s additional legal experience with creditor’s rights litigation with a nationally recognized firm gave her hundreds of hours in the courtroom, including more than 65 bench trials, countless mediations, and hearings in front of judges all over Georgia.
Caroline is proud to be a trial lawyer and has dedicated her career to representing her clients with passion and determination. Like the rest of the Tobin Injury Law team, Caroline sees our clients as people; not a case number. Armed with knowledge of the industry, Caroline analyzes cases with the goal to get clients the best possible result. If a case should settle, Caroline will work to resolve the case as quickly as possible. If the insurance company doesn’t do the right thing, Caroline looks forward to preparing for trial with Darren.
In recognition of her skills, Super Lawyers Magazine has recognized Caroline as a “Super Lawyers Rising Star”. This honor is only awarded to 2.5% of all lawyers.
When she is not assisting clients or planning for case strategy, Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin, and their two loving cats, Emerson and Juniper. She also enjoys hiking, singing along at concerts, and gardening. To consult with Caroline about your case, email her at email@example.com.
