Denise Van Heerden

Denise was born in England and emigrated to South Africa with her parents when she was a teenager. She earned her degree at The Academy of Art, Ballet and Music, and went on to manage a recording studio in Johannesburg for several years.

With a passion for people development, Denise moved into the learning and development sector. She worked in soft skills training for corporate and higher education for 25 years. She also managed her own learning and development resources company prior to joining Tobin Injury Law.

She has extensive experience in business operations and management and works hard to ensure the efficient and smooth running of a company’s administration and operations.

Denise is highly organized, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and is very thorough with attention to detail.  Her primary role at the firm is collecting important prelitigation facts that will be used during discovery.
